Terms & Conditions Bull98 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bull98 and every individual who registers, browses, or uses the services offered by bull98 through the website https://bull98.xyz and any related channels.

Bull98 provides an online betting platform covering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, e-sports betting, and Virtual Sports. All these services are subject to the Terms & Conditions set out in this document, as well as other supporting policies including the Privacy Policy and bull98's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Continued use of the Bull98 platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the latest version. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.

To register a Bull98 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Withdrawal requests below RM10,000 are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow.
• Withdrawals via FPX (bank transfer) take 15–30 minutes depending on the bank's processing time.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional security review, which can take up to 2 business hours.

• Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirements): Each bonus received must be wagered a set number of times (for example, 5x or 10x) before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

• Once a bet has been confirmed (by clicking "Confirm" or "Confirm Bet"), it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, not the odds at the time the match concludes.
• In cases where a match is postponed, cancelled, or not concluded within the stipulated timeframe, Bull98 reserves the right to void the related bets and return the stakes to the player's account balance.
• For in-play betting, Bull98 reserves the right to suspend markets during in-match events that require odds to be reviewed. Bets confirmed prior to the suspension remain valid and are not affected.
• In the event of a significant technical error or odds discrepancy caused by a data error, Bull98 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to players, even if the match has already concluded.
• Any winnings derived from bets placed during a platform technical outage are subject to review and may be voided if a system issue is found to have compromised the accuracy of the odds.

For football betting — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and other matches — the official result recognised by the relevant sporting body is used for bull98 bet settlement. For e-sports such as MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, and CS2, the result officially published by the tournament organiser is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bull98 platform and may result in immediate action, including permanent account closure and legal proceedings:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity, creating fake accounts, or submitting falsified identity verification documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the Bull98 platform to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one Bull98 account in order to claim bonuses repeatedly or circumvent betting limits.
• Unauthorised Software Usage: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over Bull98's systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets for mutual unlawful gain.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system inconsistencies within Bull98 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Service Disruptions: Launching any cyber attack, DDoS attack, or any attempt to disrupt the operations of the bull98 platform.

Bull98 cooperates with Malaysian legal authorities and industry regulators in the investigation of fraud and illegal activity. All suspected cases will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bull98 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Activity suspected to be fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Bull98's support team via Live Chat or email. For standard closure requests, any real-money balance in the account (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 3 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, bull98 shall not be liable for:

Bull98's total maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Bull98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on the Bull98 website. Bull98 will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email, though this does not constitute an obligation on Bull98's part.
